Exact thoughts! Most often we fail to realize that we are all products of the society, and the things we did as kids were mostly picked up without much thought or understanding of the world. As we see and understand more of the world, we evolve and become aware of our past mistakes. So, it is important to differentiate those who have evolved from the ones who are still willingly and knowingly making racist prejudiced remarks. Throwing both categories in the same basket will only stop people from accepting their mistakes or even being aware.
